Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Belgium.
Belgium
Orders within Belgium are shipped via DPD and delivered to a designated pickup point.
A flat shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
Free shipping on orders of 60 euros or more.
France, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany
Orders within Europe are shipped via DPD or a comparable carrier, depending on the destination country.
A flat shipping fee of €7.95 applies.
Free shipping on orders of 100 euros or more.
Other countries in Europe
For other destinations in Europe, orders are shipped via DPD or a comparable carrier, depending on the destination country.
A flat shipping fee of €12.95 applies.
Processing time
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation of payment.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier used. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but remain indicative.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Risk and responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery is transferred to the carrier. Soulika Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage occurring during transport.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel delivered to a pickup point is not collected within the time period specified by the carrier and is returned to Soulika Studio, the cost of reshipping may be charged to the customer.
